There’s something truly magical that happens when creativity and mindfulness come together. Recently, I had the joy of collaborating with Satvik Breath during a wellness retreat — and it was an experience that blended movement, stillness, and self-expression in the most beautiful way.


With my Art Therapy Life Coach certification, I bring more than just paint and brushes to the table. My sessions are designed to encourage reflection, release, and personal growth, making them a natural fit alongside yoga’s grounding and healing practices.

At first glance, painting and yoga might seem like different worlds. But together, they share the same spirit:
