Welcome to Summer Art Camp!
This summer, give your child the gift of creativity! Restyle with Art's Evening Mini Art Camp is designed for working families — our Monday-Thursday sessions run 5-7 PM so kids can create, explore, and come home with art they're genuinely proud of.
Each week is a brand-new adventure with a different medium and theme. Whether your child is a first-time painter or a budding artist, our small-group setting (maximum 8 kids) ensures personalized attention, a fun atmosphere, and big results. All supplies are provided — just bring your child and their creativity!

WEEK 1: WATERCOLOR WONDERS | June 22-25, 2026 |
"Where color bleeds, blends, and surprises you." This week introduces kids to the beautiful unpredictability of watercolor. No experience needed — by Thursday, every child walks away with multiple finished pieces they are genuinely proud to display at home. | Price $150 per child All supplies included |

Monday | Meet the Medium | Free exploration with watercolor — wet-on-wet, wet-on-dry, color bleeding. Abstract play piece with no wrong answers. |
Tuesday | Color Stories | Warm vs. cool colors, layering washes, gestural backgrounds. Kids paint a layered color field in a 3-color palette. |
Wednesday | Resist Magic | Oil pastel resist — kids draw a hidden image first, then paint over it and watch it magically appear. Pure joy. |
Thursday | Final Masterpiece | Kids choose their subject and create a finished, intentional watercolor painting. Mini gallery walk at end of class. |
WEEK 2: TEXTURE PASTE LAB | June 29 - July 2, 2026 |
"Art you can feel — and cannot stop touching." Kids discover texture paste — a medium most have never used before. By building dimensional textured canvases and painting over them, every single finished piece looks like professional gallery art. Monday | Tools and Touch | Exploring texture paste with palette knives, combs, forks, and stamps. Kids take home a texture sampler on Day 1! |
Tuesday | Build Your Background | Creating a full dimensional canvas using favorite tools from Monday. Canvases dry overnight for the big reveal. |
Wednesday | Color the Texture | Painting over dry texture with acrylics. Paint pools in low areas and sits on peaks for stunning automatic depth. |
Thursday | Details and Done | Metallic accents, dry-brush highlights, and final touches. Gallery share and finished framed canvas to take home. |
WEEK 3: MIXED MEDIA MAGIC | July 6-9, 2026 |
"There are no rules — only layers." The ultimate week for creative freedom. Torn paper, paint, stamps, markers, tissue paper — kids combine everything into a rich, layered artwork. Monday | Tear It Up! | Tearing magazines, tissue paper, and patterned paper into a full collage base using Mod Podge. All about composition. |
Tuesday | Paint the Story | Acrylic paint washes over the collage. Learning to blend paint and paper so both look intentionally unified. |
Wednesday | Layer Everything | Stamps, stencils, mark-making, metallic paint pens. More layers equals richer artwork — maximum creative energy! |
Thursday | The Full Picture | Final glaze coat, optional word/phrase elements, finishing highlights. Largest take-home piece of the summer. |
WEEK 4: CREATE YOUR OWN PRODUCT | July 13-16, 2026 |
"Pick it. Design it. Make it. Own it." The grand finale! Kids choose ONE product from the menu below at registration and spend the entire week creating their personal masterpiece from start to finish.
